Why the vault cannot be drained

  • Its only way out for ETH is buyback(), which swaps for $WENV and sends it to the dead address.
  • The $WENV pool can be set once and never changed.
  • The hook's protocol share is locked to this vault: nobody, the owner included, can send it anywhere else.
  • Every owner setting has a hard cap in the code: per-call size, bounty, interval, price impact.

Burns

No buyback has run yet. Each town's burn pot fills with every trade; anyone can run a buyback once it holds enough, and is paid a small bounty for it.
